Product Applications: The newly enhanced Scanlite family now provides a complete line of fixtures that offer low-glare outdoor area illumination at pedestrian levels, for building facades, entryways and landscaping. Scanlite fixtures combine design continuity with evenly distributed energy-efficient reflected light. The Scanlite model range is ideal for use in gardens and parks, along pathway perimeters, parking areas, and across a range of corporate, institutional and light industrial pedestrian-scale building exteriors, especially in mixed-use development and residential areas. Product Description: ALLSCAPE® Scanlite luminaires are characterized by a classically distinctive transitional design. All units have vertically oriented cylindrical light head that can be specified with a range of decorative top shade and louver designs. Shade and louver options concurrently aim light down to ground level, while protecting lens and internal components from airborne debris, vandalism and accidental damage. Internal reflector options not only offer a range of light distribution patterns, they create an integral design element when viewed through the choices in clear and opal lenses. ALLSCAPE has enhanced Scanlite since its early 2004 introduction, by offering a wider selection of models and applications, but an equally broader range of internal and external reflectors, louvers and top shades with or without illuminated center caps. Scanlite is available in single, dual, three- or four-unit post-mounted configurations, wall-mounted configurations, and bollard configurations for maximum versatility, optimal lighting and continuity, when used throughout larger installations. Illumination is provided by a choice of compact fluorescent, metal halide and high-pressure sodium lamps. Construction and Finishes: Scanlite fixtures are constructed from spun and cast aluminum, available in chip- and fade-resistant baked enamel painted finishes. Standard finish options include black, bronze, gray, green, silver or white; vibrant colors including blue, green, red or yellow. Exterior louvers match the body of the fixture. Interior louvers are polished aluminum and silver anodized metal. Polycarbonate lenses are thermal and UV protected for optimum performance in all weather conditions. Scanlite luminaires are ETL and CETL listed for wet-location use and meet IP54 standards.
